FAQs
-
Do you attend 24/7 and how fast can you arrive?
Yes. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year. Response times depend on distance and access, but we prioritise trauma and biohazard incidents and can usually mobilise the same day.
-
Is your work compliant with HSE and COSHH requirements?
Absolutely. Every job is delivered under site-specific RAMS with COSHH controls, appropriate PPE, containment and safe systems of work as required by UK legislation and best practice.
-
Can you remove and legally dispose of biohazardous waste?
Yes. We are a registered waste carrier. All biohazard waste is packaged, transported and disposed of through licensed routes, with documentation available on request.
-
What happens if needles or sharps are present?
Our technicians conduct a systematic search, recover sharps using approved containers and equipment, and arrange licensed disposal. Areas are then cleaned and disinfected.
-
Do you work after police or forensic teams have finished?
Yes. Once the scene has been released, we coordinate with the duty holder to begin decontamination, removal and restoration. We can also liaise with insurers if required.
-
Will there be odours after you leave?
We treat affected materials and adjacent areas, then neutralise odours using appropriate methods. Where necessary, we can schedule follow-up ventilation or targeted treatments.
-
Can you work discreetly?
Yes. We plan arrival, access and vehicle positioning to be as discreet as possible and brief all staff to act with sensitivity and confidentiality at all times.
-
What do you need from us before you start?
Safe access and a single point of contact. We’ll handle the rest—survey, RAMS, PPE, containment, decontamination and licensed disposal. We’ll also provide a completion report.
