Compliance & Safety at DB Services
Planning for Safety on Every Site
Safety and environmental responsibility sit at the heart of our work. Every project—cleaning, grounds, painting/coatings or trauma/biohazard—runs to documented RAMS, with the right PPE, trained technicians/specialists, and controls aligned to HSE/COSHH guidance. We plan safe access, manage risks on live sites, and remove waste lawfully as a Registered Waste Carrier.

How We Work Safely
Pre-site planning
We confirm the scope, environment and access, then prepare RAMS so everyone knows the plan and controls.
On-site briefing & set-up
Technicians review RAMS, put out signage/barriers, and check PPE and equipment before work starts.
Controlled delivery
Tasks are carried out to method statements with the right controls (COSHH where required) and tidy-as-we-go standards.
Waste handling & paperwork
Waste is segregated and removed via our Registered Waste Carrier routes; disposal paperwork is available on request.
Final checks & handover
We inspect the area, remove protection/signage, and provide a clear handover (and photos if requested).

🦺PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
We provide and supervise the correct PPE for each task (e.g., gloves, eye/face protection, hearing protection, respirators where needed) in line with PPE at Work (2022). PPE is checked, used and maintained properly, and replaced when required.
