We’re a registered waste carrier, so paint waste and arisings are removed and disposed of lawfully with paperwork available on request.

All coating works are delivered by trained specialists under documented RAMS, with correct PPE and HSE/COSHH controls. We manage access and safety at height, coordinate around live operations, and—as a registered waste carrier—remove and lawfully dispose of paint waste with paperwork available on request.

Our Method

Survey, testing & plan

We check the surfaces and site conditions, plan safe access, then agree the coating specification, schedule and order of works.

Clean, prepare & protect

We thoroughly clean and prepare the surface, mask edges, protect nearby areas and set up safe access with barriers/signage.

Apply the coating system

Our technicians apply primer and topcoats to the agreed spec (spray, roller or brush) with in-process checks for coverage and drying.

Waste removal & compliance

We collect tins, sheeting and debris, then remove paint waste via our registered carrier; disposal paperwork is available on request.

Final check & handover

We inspect the finish, touch-up if needed, remove protection, leave the area tidy and share care/maintenance advice.

Fully insured. HSE/COSHH controls with a documented safety plan (RAMS). Works scheduled around your operations, including nights and weekends.
